You can return the product(s) that would not fit up to 15 days after you received your parcel.
We offer 2 ways to get repaid for the returned order: a credit slip or a reimbursement.
Once we have received your parcel, you will receive an e-mail to confirm either the credit slip issue or the acceptance of reimbursement.
Upon receiving the confirmation e-mail:
Connect yourself to your Account. In « Orders » part, select the involved order, then select the product(s) you would like to return. Click on “Make a return” and follow instructions.
We will only accept returned items in perfect conditions and in the original packaging. Any returned parcel will have to contain the return slip received in the e-mail confirming the return acceptance.
The return costs are at your expense. If the product(s) you have received is different from the one you ordered or if it has been received damaged, the return costs will be at our expense. Please contact us at email@example.com.
