On our website, it’s possible to complete your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), by PayPal or by bank transfer.

Payments by credit cards are handled by our partner STRIPE (www.stripe.com). The website www.statice-paris.com never possesses your bank details which are encrypted by the SSL security system.

BY PAYPAL
You can pay with PayPal: either using your PayPal account or paying by credit card without creating a PayPal account.

BY BANK WIRE
You can pay by bank wire transfer on our CIC bank account. You will receive the required instructions as you confirm your order. Your order will be shipped once we will have received your payment on our bank account.

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You may also find your order on our website www.statice.fr within "My Account" under "Order History".

Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to add or remove items, or to update the order.

If your order has not yet been processed and you wish to update it, please contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@statice.fr and include the reference of your order and the updates you'd like to make.

If it’s unfortunately not possible, we invite you to return the item(s) and place a new order. You will receive the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
If you wish to order a new size, another color or style, you may place a new order, and the shipping costs will be offered to you for any delivery in Metropolitan France and Monaco.

Once your order has been handed over to the chosen carrier, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with the tracking number of the package and the carrier's tracking link. If you have any questions, please contact us at bonjour@statice.fr.

In case of absence, the deliveryman will leave your order in your mailbox, or he will leave out a notice of visit. This way, you will be able to pick it up in the following days in your post office or collection pick up point.

No worries! We invite you to contact us and include the reference of your order at bonjour@statice.fr so we can find a solution.

You can return the item(s) that would not fit up to 15 days after you received your parcel

Only items returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted. All returned packages must include the return label received in the return acceptance e-mail.

In order to make a return, please contact us by e-mail at bonjour@statice.fr and we will let you know about the process and next steps.

Upon receipt of your return package, you will receive confirmation by e-mail of the acceptance of the refund.
The possible shipping costs paid at the time of the order are not refunded, only the items are refunded.
You will receive the refund on the account used for the payment within 5 to 10 working days.

For a new size, another color or style, you may place a new order and the shipping costs will be offered to you for any delivery in Metropolitan France and Monaco.

Returns are free. Only the shipping costs for the return of the items are at your expense.
If the product is different from the one ordered or if it’s received in damaged condition, return shipping costs will be at our expense. Please contact us at bonjour@statice.fr.

We do not offer exchange. We invite you to return the item(s) which were not suitable by following the usual procedure to obtain the refunding of this one. We then invite you to reorder on our website.

You will receive the refund on the account used for the payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Your request for a return can be rejected if:

• the time limit for the return is expired
• your item(s) do not meet our returns conditions in the question “Return Conditions”

How to take care of your STATICE swimwear?

Our products are designed to last in time. In order to preserve your swimwear over the seasons, we recommend to follow those few simple care advices:

• Rinse your swimsuit after each use and do not soak
• Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C with similar colours, on delicate cycle, within a laundry mesh bag if possible. No tumble drying, no ironing
• Do not use fabric softener and limit the amount of detergent
• Leave out to dry under the shade
• Avoid direct contact as much as possible with sun creams and oils
• We do not recommend wearing our swimwear in hot tubs or any other heavily chlorinated water
• Do not leave the wet swimsuit in its waterproof pouch

Which STATICE size is right for me?

At STATICE, we use a a lightly sculpting fabric that fits the shape of the body perfectly. Don't hesitate to size up to be more comfortable, or size down for more indentation.

One-piece swimsuits

Sizes 36 to 46

Cups A-B-C :
Less than 1m70 (67’), you can take your usual clothing size (underwear or trousers).
More than 1m70 (67’), prefer one size up.

Cups D-E :
Less than 1m70 (67’), prefer one size above your usual clothing size (underwear or trousers).
More than 1m70 (67’), prefer two sizes above.

Bikini tops

Sizes 36 ato 42

80 A-B / 85 A-B / 90 A : size 36
80 C-D / 85 C / 90 B : size 38
80 E / 85 D / 90 C / 95 A-B : size 40
